As a sufferer of lactose intolerance, I struggle with it every day, trying to find new ways for myself, my husband (who is not lactose intolerant), and my one-year-old son (who is also lactose intolerant) to be able to eat at least slightly healthy meals together that still taste like the real thing. I am comepletely against soy milk, and almond milk is best (in my opinion) IN something, not in a glass. I have created this blog to show others that not only is being lactose intolerant not a setback, but that we can still eat all the things we love, and cheaply too, without them tasting like cardboard, or tofu.
